2020 Season
Despite many changes this year, we had a very enjoyable season. One of the biggest changes was not recording times, so you'll notice the season's results are very bare. The tenth anniversary season was not what we expected, but definitely memorable to say the least. Thank you for your flexibility and for joining us. We were glad to be able to host three meets at least and see many familiar faces and families! Surprisingly for the first time in the ten years of All Comers 2.0, no records were broken. So, now the challenge is on. Our goal next year is to break as many records as we can!
5K
Finishing off the season with a bonus 5000 m race on the track. Twenty-six total runners decided to accept the challenge of this twelve and a half lap race. Both heats brought some great competition. Bryan Lindsay was the overall winner in 15:12.87. Earlier this season, he just missed setting the 1600m record. Virren Malhotra was the winner of the second heat in a time of 20:23.32. Cindy Harris was back as the fastest female! You may recognize her name from the Spring Virtual Race series. The Jackson family represented well with the most family members. After racing almost, if not every event Thursday night, Jacob came back on Saturday morning for an impressive 5K. Congratulations to all runners!

Week 2 - May 1st - 3rd
Congratulations to this week's mile winners! It was very competitive with fast times, especially with only virtual competition. A few names that you'll recognize from last week; shout out to Megan Mybeck and Mike Cole for putting up the fastest times once again, for the youth female and adult male categories respectively. We increased participation by 5 competitors for a total field of 29. Let's keep the streak going with growing participation.
The MIle

Week 3 - May 8th - 10th
The weekend's weather seemed to put a damper on the competitive spirit. Special kudos to all the 2-milers this weekend. Gary TenBrook took the win for adult male and overall fastest time, earning him a Greek's giftcard and earning his chosen charity, The Hamilton County Humane Society $50. Jacob Jackson ran an impressive sub-13 and was the youth male winner. He chose the World Health Organization to receive a donation on his behalf. Erin Vergara was close behind as the fastest female, earning her a Greek's giftcard as well. There weren't any youth female participants, so that category remains unclaimed.
We hope to see you (virtually) next weekend for the final events of the All Comers Spring Virtual Race Series.
Note: Our final week race distances have changed. In order to make it easier to measure and hopefully increase participation, we are no longer having the 1K and 2K events. Week 4 events will be the Mile and 5K.

Week 4 - May 15th - 17th
We completed the first ever All Comers Virtual Race series. It was great to see some new participants and big kudos to those to came out to compete each week!! Only four brave individuals entered an event each week for the entire series; Gary TenBrook, Andrew & Sarah Schonlau and Cathy Daugherty ! Very impressive!
In the mile, Gary TenBrook clocked a very impressive 5:01 winning his age group and the event. Dustin Nichols was for the second week in a row very close behind. Jack Mybeck was the youth leader in both events with a speedy 5:43 in the mile and 24:18 in the 5K. Jacob Jackson coming off of his win in last weekend's 2-mile was his closest competitor. Molly Simmons was the first female finisher in a blazin' 6:40 to win her age group. After tough previous battles, Cindy Harris finally earned her win with a sub-7 minute mile and 22:08 5K. Not only did she run fast times, but she competed in both of the weekend's events.
